Veterans Day Color Guard event was for the grand opening of the Captain Joseph McConnell Jr. USAF Park and Veterans Monument on November 11th. Hosted by the Town of Apple valley and Veterans association. This honorable ceremony was light hearted and beautiful and gave many thanks to every past, present, and future veteran of the United States.

The 78th Annual Christmas Parade held by the Kiwanis club on December 6. Features the theme "Christmas in Toyland" with floats, marching bands, car clubs, and JROTC units marching within.
